25th March 2010

Got to work very early, I managed to crack the problem I have been working on all week :-)

I managed to get out for my lunchtime walk, 2.89 miles in 44 minutes with an average speed of 3.9 mph, route here...

When I got home I got changed into cycle gear, had tea, then went out for a cycle ride :-)

It was quite a strong southerly wind again...
1900 Medium-level Cloud 8.7 °C S 16 mph 29 mph 30 km 994 hPa, Rising
2000 Partly cloudy 7.7 °C S 15 mph

35 km 995 hPa, Rising
I thought I would repeat the ride I did with Dave yesterday...

The Garmin had the ride as 25.77 miles in 1 hour 33 with an average speed of 16.5 mph, route here...

It was bloody hard work and dark but I managed a reasonable 16.5 mph :-) Lets hope the southerly stays with us over Easter.
