Although icy and cold this morning, I travelled in to work with no great issues (The real problem was the other road users, not the road!)
I didn't make it out for a walk at lunchtime :-( I really have come down with a cold of some sort :-(
When I got home I changed into cycle gear and did an hour on the rollers, funny thing is I feel much better after the ride than I did before!
The computer had the session as 1 hour with an average speed of 21.8 mph (13/34 gear), total distance covered 21.82 miles, that gives an impressive cadence of 106 rpm :-)
Time to get back on the bike.
