My last day at work for the year :-) and I am working from home :-)

I didn't venture outside at lunchtime, it was still to cold...

Instead I had a 45 minute session on the rollers in the nice warm and dry :-)

The computer had the session as 16.81 miles in 45 minutes with an average speed of 22.3 mph

That calculates to a cadence of 109 :-)

Going for a real ride tomorrow, I am hoping that all of my cadence work will make a real difference.....
