Did the normal pub lunch 'Beef and Onion' baguette at the Cape.....just a short walk from work.
When I got home I fitted the new Garmin mount to the Peugeot, got changed then went out for a ride :-)
It was a miracle! I was given an hour and I made it back in an hour.....This NEVER happens! I always get a bit carried away :-)
The Garmin had the ride as 16.14 miles in 1 hour 2 minutes with an average speed of 15.4 mph.
Time to get back on the bike.
