Well the plan was to have a quiet week cycling so I could build some energy for the weekend..I never intended to spend my time working instead :-(

I did manage to make it out for my normal lunchtime walk...2.5 miles, route here...

Then I left work late...got home late....couldn't even be bothered to play computer games :-(

At least I will be working at home tomorrow, come rain or shine I WILL be going out for a ride tomorrow evening...
