Made it out for my lunchtime walk..It was wonderfully warm sunshine...3.04 miles...route here...
Another night off the bike :-( Leg is still twinging a little...
I went for a longish walk with Rosie (Dog), then spent a few hours cleaning and lubing the Merida in preparation for Saturdays ride...
Time to get back on the bike.

My legs still ache. They were less than keen to get a move on when I was late for work this morning.
