24th July 2009

Got home, very tired......

Got changed and went out on my 'Normal 20'.....wasn't expecting any great speed....but as the pedals started turning I started to wake up! I passed the 10 mile point at 30 minutes 30 seconds..so only just off 20 mph....at 45 minutes I was over 15 miles (over 20 mph)

The last 5 miles were tough and in to wind!!!

1800 Medium-level Cloud 17.8 °C W 17 mph 45 km 1012 hPa, Rising
1900 Sunny intervals 17.2 °C W 17 mph 40 km 1013 hPa, Rising

The cycle computer had the ride as 21.22 miles in 1 hour 3 minutes with an average speed of 20 mph, the GPS track can be found here...
