Today was a swimming day. When I got home I didn't feel like swimming and both children were out, so instead we went for a cycle ride to Lacock (With Rosie) had food in a pub and cycled back in the dark! (I carried Rosie back in the doggy backpack)
So it was a leisurely 8 miles and a really nice meal.
It did feel interesting cycling in my boots, jeans and work shirt, I appear to have got used to wearing shorts and t-shirt whilst cycling now...
Time to get back on the bike.
