Got home to late to go for a cycle :-(
Did my fare share of cooking tea and tidying up, then fitted the new gear cable to the Merida, I finished of by putting the Merida on the Turbo trainer and fine tuning the gears.
Its been a bad couple of weeks for work.....
Time to get back on the bike.
