Got changed and went out on my 'Normal 20'.....wasn't expecting any great speed....but as the pedals started turning I started to wake up! I passed the 10 mile point at 30 minutes 30 seconds..so only just off 20 mph....at 45 minutes I was over 15 miles (over 20 mph)
The last 5 miles were tough and in to wind!!!
1800 | 17.8 °C | W | 17 mph | 45 km | 1012 hPa, Rising | ||
1900 | 17.2 °C | W | 17 mph | 40 km | 1013 hPa, Rising |
The cycle computer had the ride as 21.22 miles in 1 hour 3 minutes with an average speed of 20 mph, the GPS track can be found here...
