Worked from home today, but was very busy so didn't get a chance to go out during the day :-(

I did however go out and did my 'Normal 20' at 6pm, the weather conditions were more or less identical to yesterday...

1800		22.6 °C	S	3 mph		25 km	1021 hPa, Falling
1900		23.6 °C	SSE	6 mph		30 km	1021 hPa, Falling

And so was my performance :-) I did get held up by traffic on my way back into Chippenham, Cycling is actually faster than driving in town centres :-)

The cycle computer had today's ride as 21.24 miles in 1 hour 2 minutes with an average speed of 20.3 mph.
