Got home late :-( ate baked potato and salad with wifey and daughter..then got changed and went out for another 20 cycle ride...
I raced myself and once again on the Garmin...I have now downloaded tonight's session as the new Normal 20 baseline - I don't expect to win again for a while now!
The cycle computer had today's ride as 21.26 miles in 1 hour 8 mins with an average speed of 18.7 mph :-)
