Day 28

Today is games night ;-)

I got home at 6, went for an 11.5 mile ride (54 Mins), It was really tough as there was a head wind on the outbound leg.
Still managed 12mph ;-)

Of to see the doc's tomorrow morning, Wifey is adamant that I should go for a check up......
