Got up 7 ish Had some toast.
Got bike out of shed checked it over, The rear tyre is starting to wear, and the axle was a little loose, so tightened it up a little so there was no 'rock'.

Set of for the Barge at Honeystreet (17 miles) at 10:10 and arrived there at 11:30 (1 hour 20)
Had a nice pint of Green Goblin (Cider) and a ham ploughman's, followed by Half pint of coke.

Then cycled the long way home (20 Miles) The last 7 miles was tough!

But today I did 37 Miles.

The computer showed an Average speed of 12 mph and a top speed of 36mph ;-)

Here's a few piccies from bike cam

There was a bad thunderstorm last night and one of the trees on the cycle way I use was struck and it had burnt out in the centre. The branches fell and blocked the path, so I had to lift the bike and climb over them......
