Got in from work,went straight on the Turbo Trainer.
Did 10 miles, 1 mile easy spin, 8 miles High Cadence, 1 mile easy spin.
Computer had the session as 10 miles in 29 minutes.
After the session showered and cooked chicken supreme from yesterdays left over cider roast chicken :-)
Time to get back on the bike.
