Day 170

Got back on the turbo trainer today ;-) (Or should I call my personal Sauna???)

Did 5 minutes spinning in an easy gear, then alternated 2 minutes working and 2 minutes spinning for 20 minutes then did some single leg exercise 1 minute each leg then finished of with 3 minutes spinning. I attempted to focus on maintaining a high cadence and trying to stop my knees cycling outwards whilst peddling.

The Iron Maiden DVD on the computer helped hold the boredom at bay...and the peddling action meant that I was head banging to the music ;-)
