WFH day ;-)
I didn't go out on bike..as planned (Taking the week of ;-)
I did take Rosie (Dog) for a walk at lunch, and at 5:15 I cooked Roast Pork tenderloin with honey mustard sauce, sweet and normal potato wedges, peas and carrots for seven.
Now i'm stuffed ;-) (And missing going out on bike!) my knees and tendons appear to have stopped aching completely now.
Time to get back on the bike.
