Left work late....got home late :-(
I had intentions of doing nothing...its wifey's night out and after I tidied up I started feeling like I should do something so I changed into shorts and t-shirt and did 45 minutes on the turbo trainer, being a glutton for punishment I turned it to maximum resistance and continued the cycle of easy/tough that I have done previously.
This weekend I shall sit down and read Dave's turbo training doc's and sort out a proper training schedule - I did try the heart rate monitor tonight only to find the battery is flat, either that or I dont have a heart rate!
Time to get back on the bike.
