Didn't go swimming today......I didn't feel like it
Went for a cycle to Black Dog Halt and back (10 Miles) Did the whole trip in 41 Mins ;-)
Thinking about cycling to Chew Magna Tomorrow....But I will see what the weathers like first!
Time to get back on the bike.
