Day 359

Got home, updated the RunGPS software on the phone then went out on my 'Normal 20'

I set of at 10 to 7 and got back home at about 8, due to the clouds it was getting quite dark :-( on my return I set about cleaning and oiling the bike in preperation for tommorows ride. (Planning to do another 100 mile ride)

The cycle computer had todays ride as 21.33 miles in 1 hour 12 minutes with an average speed of 17.5 mph
