Day 325

Had to take the morning of work today, I did work at home this afternoon.

When I got back home at 12 I set of on my 'Normal 25' on the Merida.

I had a stonking trip round with an average speed of over 17mph :-)

The cycle computer had the ride as 25.7 miles in 1 hour 29 minutes with an average speed of 17 mph
