I got out of the door at 11 am and as can be seen from the photo it was cold and frosty!
I cycled the 15 miles to Wootton Basset, stopped did the chores had lunch then cycled on to Malmesbury and back to Chippenham. Route here...
A total of 36.37 miles with a cycle time of 2 hours 22 minutes and an average speed of 15.3 mph.
It is a really interesting feeling breaking out into a sweat on such a cold day! The only problem is when and if you stop you get instantly cold, you have to keep moving and working hard.
