Really struggled to get up for work! (Was it the late night or the 3 pints of cider?)
Got home after 6, got changed then set of on ride at 6:50
I did the 20 mile Lyneham ride, Boy oh boy I struggled! (Think I should have done a shorter ride!)
Light was also fading by the time I got back home.
Still I didn't do to Bad 21 miles in 1hour 29.
All the books I read all suggest that the most important aspect of cycling is the cadence, up to this point I have been just trying to do the distance. Now I am trying to get a constant cadence of 70 rpm, So I have been shifting up and down gears to try and get the constant speed.
Time to get back on the bike.
